Jewett Orthopaedic Clinic's physical therapy program was designed for you by the same medical leaders who serve as team physicians for the Orlando Magic, the University of Central Florida, Rollins College and the Orlando Predators. Our highly-trained, experienced team of physical therapists, physical therapy assistants and athletic trainers provide a full range of physical therapy services using state-of-the-art technology and equipment.

Competitive Young Dancer Continues to Pursue Her Passion
With dreams of dancing on Broadway, Ashley Milchman came to Jewett’s physical therapy team to help heal an injured ankle.
"Everyone was so encouraging, mapping out a plan to get Ashley back dancing and making sure she understood everything that would happen each step of the way," reported her mom, Cynthia. "They treated her like the athlete she is, coaching her and restoring her confidence while still having the compassion to realize she is only 13."
Active Grandma Returns to Job She Loves Best
Recently retired high school English teacher Joan Heck had her left knee replaced by a Jewett Orthopaedic surgeon last summer and chose the Jewett physical therapy program to guide her recovery.
"I had gone to various physical therapy clinics throughout the years to treat issues with my neck and back and was often frustrated that I would see a different therapist each time I went," explains Joan. "It seemed each one would take a different approach, and it felt like my recovery was just full of stops and starts. At Jewett's Physical Therapy Center, I saw the same two therapists each time and was just amazed at how quickly I was getting around and back to my old self. I have never been one to sit still for long, and within two months, I was busy at my new active career – babysitting and chasing my one-year-old grandson."
Retiree on the Road to Recovery Thanks to "Well-Oiled Team"
Tom Wynn recently suffered torn quadriceps and underwent physical therapy at Jewett Orthopaedic Physical Therapy Center to help heal the injury.
"I had been to Jewett for therapy before, and all of their therapists do a fabulous job," said Tom. "I served in the military for years, and Jewett is truly a well-oiled team. Everyone is professional and thorough, and they get me back to living my life."
Orlando Utilities Employee Back at Work After Total Knee Replacement
Ed Bouchard recently underwent total joint replacement on his right knee and went through physical therapy at Jewett.
"My therapy went really well, and I even completed the program ahead of schedule," commented Ed. "They made it easy and convenient to schedule my appointments, and I always got the times I wanted. Now I'm back at work and looking forward to getting back on the softball team come spring."
